Fantastic Villa in Gran Canaria with private pool, near beach and golf courses

Fantastic south facing villa situated in an most enviable position overlooking both Puerto Rico and Amadores beach. The villa boasts spectacular 360 degree panoramic views over Puerto Rico, Amadores and the mountains inland.

Offering top quality decoration in a contemporary style. Double glazing all round, and numerous balconies throughout, along with air conditioning in every room.

The villa has a fully equipped and spacious relaxing lounge. An open plan kitchen from where you can still enjoy the views while preparing a meal! The dining and living room have glass patio doors leading directly to the furnished terrace, which has a dining table that can accommodate up to 8 people. Nice for al fresco dining or the villa BBQ at your disposal. Also a nice place to take your breakfast and plan the day as the sun rises!

There are 3 large bedrooms, which sleep 7 people comfortably, and can also accommodate up to 2 children additionally. The villa boasts 4 bathrooms with at least 1 on each of the 3 floors. The master bedroom on the first floor has an en suite bathroom along with two balconies, of which one has a dining table and two chairs to enjoy the views. Also on the first floor is another double bedroom with direct access to a balcony / terrace that has an armchair set and a coffee table to match. A separate bathroom is located on the landing of the first floor.

The Top floor bedroom spans the entire top floor of the villa! It has an en suite bathroom. In addition, it has an amazing roof terrace accessed directly from the top floor bedroom via patio doors. A totally private area with fantastic views and overlooked by no-one.

The villa has a private garden and swimming pool with sun all day long. Offering different areas to relax, including fantastic Balinese bed or the chill-out areas. You will be sure to find your favourite spot to spend time resting, reading, or simply sunbathing in the Canaries abundant sunshine!

The views of the sunset over Amadores beach and into the Atlantic Ocean are spectacular!

A wonderful place for family to gather
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and fairly contemporary home. The pool and bbq were well used by us too! The kitchen was well equipped and towels were provided. Our stay included cleaning each week too. We were able to golf 9/18 holes nearby and found the twilight price good. We also really enjoyed walking the paseo down in Peurto Rico and exploring nearby towns such as Mogan and the sand dunes in Maspolomas. You do need a car to get around but some shopping/restaurants are nearby in a touristy mall called Europa. Antonio, the property manager, was very helpful and answered our texts quickly. His wife was also very helpful and cleaned the property., The rooms are spacious with lots of storage and gorgeous views in all directions. It was the perfect place for our international family to meet and enjoy time together!

Lovely Villa
Would 100% return. Beautiful villa, very clean and as pictures. Fantastic quiet location with amazing views. Had a small issue with the hot water on arrival but it was dealt with promptly when we contacted Liliana. Spent an amazing relaxing chilled out quiet week with my partner and would definitely return.

Lovely property, great views and really helpful owner
We have just arrived home from this wonderful property and are really missing the incredible views, the pool and the property itself. The villa is really well equipped (we self catered all week) and is in a lovely position, not overlooked and with panoramic views to the mountains, over the town and also to the sea, just lovely! There is a good local shop 5 mins walk away and Liliana the owner was so helpful all week - we also really appreciated the visit of the cleaner mid stay and the pool cleaners every few days to keep the property up to a brilliant standard. Thanks so much Liliana! I honestly can’t think of any negatives and would definitely recommend the villa to others.

Fabulous villa
We enjoyed a fantastic 10 days at the villa. The villa had everything we needed and was modern and very clean. The communications with Liliana were excellent throughout and nothing was too much trouble. Very much enjoyed our stay.
