Stunning townhome. Ski, boat, swim, hike, mountain bike, this pristine mountain valley is an outdoor playground. Just 10 minutes from Snowbasin ski resort and a short walk to Pineview Reservoir (via Anderson Cove).

The open-concept main floor includes a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer & ice maker, cookware, dishes, and spices. The living room has a sofa sleeper, flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, and beautiful mountain views. The main deck runs the length of the home and features an outdoor grill and seating area to enjoy the views.

The master bedroom located on the main level has a king bed, flat screen TV, bedroom safe, deck access, and ensuite bathroom complete with jetted tub, separate shower, and double vanities.

This home has a washer and dryer and garage parking. Complex amenities include an outdoor swimming pool (seasonal), a hot tub, tennis/basketball courts, a pool table, and Foosball table.

Ski Condo
I have stayed at Lakeside Village before, and it has always been a pleasurable experience. This condo was no execption, convenient to Snowbasin, clean, and comfortable, hot tub, garage, couldn't ask for more. All and all a great and relaxing place to stay.

Pine view Reservoir stay
Overall very comfortable and good location. Master bed very comfortable although it isn’t the one shown in the picture online. Also, the kitchen griddle/frying pan cookware could surely be upgraded.
