Welcome to THE SAND CASTLE - THIRD FLOOR PARADISE! Updated and remodeled third floor condo in Tower 4. Kitchen remodeled - wall removed, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances with flat top range, and refrigerator with icemaker. Full-size stack washer and dryer. You will love this very spacious 1375 sq. foot condo - much larger than most condos on the beach! All rooms are oceanfront. No fighting over who gets the bedroom with the great view! The Master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has two queen size beds. Each bedroom has a large bathroom with oversized garden tub (master has a jetted tub) and each bathroom has a double vanity with huge mirror. Large walk-in closet in each bedroom. Each bedroom has 32' Vizio HDTV smart tvs.

The living room has a new commercial grade queen sleeper sofa, chair age recliner (photos have not been updated). 58 " Smart Vizio HDTV.
