Spacious Adirondack Home by Ski Jumps -Near Whiteface & Downtown Lake Placid

Spacious 3 Bedroom Adirondack home right behind the Ski Jumps. Walk from your front door over to Henry's Woods for great hiking, X-County Skiing, snowshoeing or go from the back door to John Brown Farm and the Ski Jumps. Downtown Lake Placid is just a quick 1.5 mile drive. When you are done enjoying all the activities of Lake Placid, come back and enjoy a large indoor Jacuzzi Tub and comfy living room with a warm fireplace. Plenty of space for parking and/or storage of your equipment (in garage available). The lodge has 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full and 1 Twin sized beds. In addition there is also a Full Sized pull out bed in the sleeper sofa. Two air mattresses are also available. Kitchen has many many supplies for your convenience and great room with large dining area. Covered deck has gas grill, picnic table, and Adirondack chairs. Sled and snowshoes available for use. Washer/Dryer/Mudroom. The home is a Duplex with ample space and privacy. Guests can enjoy the outdoor fire pit, play set, and large back yard summer/winter.

Terrific place
Great layout, plenty of room and super clean. Great views of the woods from the den. Private outside woods for playing in the snow and walking in the woods. Short drive into Lake Placid and all other local attractions. Second time staying here, will be back again.

Great time with family and winter sports.
This was the perfect place for our winter stay. Excellent location for cross country skiing and snow shoeing with great trails right out of the back yard. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything needed for staying in and enjoying home cooked meals. 9 miles to Whiteface mountain, and 1 mile to the Olympic ski jump towers. we all agreed, unanimously 5 stars!

Awesome second visit
We have loved both our stays at this comfortable, close-to-everything cottage. It’s perfect for kids and a dog, steps from Henry’s Woods with a huge backyard. Everything you need to cook is in the pantry. There’s a gas fireplace and plenty of games for those days when you get snowed in.

Fabulous weekend with great friends!
All the accommodations we needed! Great area, pretty views outside any window...fulfilled our wknd without any issues! Liz was awesome as a host, we will definitely look to book again in the future!
