IT PROVIDES SOME OF THE BEST VALUE ON THE ISLAND AS IT IS LOCATED DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE BEACH ACCESS ON 8TH STREET. YOU CAN SWIM IN THE GULF AND ENJOY THE PRISTINE SAND OF ST GEORGE OR SWIM IN THE POOL, IT HAS THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. THE COTTAGES ARE ABOUT A 15 MINUTE WALK TO THE CENTER OF THE ISLAND WHERE YOU CAN ENJOY RESTAURANTS, BARS, SHOPPING, AND WHATEVER ELSE YOU CAN FIND. Older property but HC accessible which is what we needed (no steps). Weather was colder and cloudy but right across street from beach! Good for older people. Walks along the beach were great!

Property is in a great location. Easy access to the beach and fairly quiet! Price was on point. NO stairs is a big plus. The pool needs some attention but nice to have at the end of the day on the beach. Laura the Property manager took good care of us and our needs. We would definitely stay thete again
