Fit 2 rooms in front of the beach, accommodates up to 6 people, has ceiling fans in the rooms and living room, LED TV's in the living room with NET cable, Wi-Fi, collective garage for 120 cars, space for 1 car if space is available, location one block from Praiamar Shopping Center, shops, restaurants, bakeries and tourist attractions. The apartment is located on Aparecida Beach (Canal 5) which is one of the safest and most valued regions of Santos, one block away is Praiamar Shopping Center, close to Carrefour supermarket, restaurants. I also have other 1 bedroom apartments in Praia do Embaré (Canal 4).

Excelente apartamento de frente para praia
A localização do apartamento é ótima, o espaço é muito bem aproveitado e aconchegante. O apto. fica de frente para praia e perto de tudo que precisamos no dia a dia: shopping , mercado, restaurantes por kg e também bons restaurantes "a la carte” , padarias , farmácias , etc..., por isso não utilizamos o carro que ficou na garagem todo tempo. Não foi nada diferente do que o proprietário nos passou por telefone e a assessoria do Silvio quanto ao turismo em Santos foi excelente e os passeios foram ótimos, voltaremos mais vezes com certeza.
