About this property

Don't Miss This One; On Lake Michigan in a beautiful secluded forest.

The Tree House is secluded in its own forest, +/- 120' from the water's edge with 168' of private beach with panoramic views of Petoskey, Charlevoix, Beaver Island and on a really clear day you can see the Fox Islands. We are the second house north of 5 mile creek so there is not much foot traffic on the beach coming from the south; this makes the beach extra private. Besides beautiful sunsets, walks on the beach and beach fires there is a plethora of activities near by. Biking on the famous Tunnel of Trees, kayaking, 5 minutes to restaurants, 11 miles to Boyne Highlands and Nub's Nob, 19 miles to Bay Harbor, 38.9 miles to Mackinaw City and Docks to Mackinaw Island. We hope you enjoy your stay! Beware, it is a tough place to leave.

Monthly, or full season rates are negotiable. Reservations are made on a first paid, first confirmed basis. Reservations will only be confirmed after a deposit of 50% of the total rental is received. Deposits must be received within one week of verbal or written commitment. After that, the space may be released for other renters. Balance must be paid 45 days prior to the arrival date.

Perfect Getaway
Great views of Lake Michigan, the beach is lovely. Enjoyed hanging out at the beach and on the deck. Very relaxing. The whole family had a great time!

Wonderful week in this beautiful location! The house was clean with supplied with everything you could want for a lovely week of downtime. Spacious living and dining areas were a plus. Steps down to the beach are a bit difficult to navigate but it’s a short distance. I think it would be a struggle for an elderly visitor. We loved the kayaks - fabulous beach!

Amazing beach property
Amazing beach property in a fantastic location. The home was perfect for our group of 6 adults and two children. Located on a beautiful sandy beach where we spent most of our time during the day and around the beach fire pit making s'mores in the evenings. Would definitely stay again.
