Village Duplex in Flamengo Beach in front of the sea, 2 bedrooms, 01 suites, 2 living rooms, 2 balconies, can accommodate up to 6 people (extra mattress). Full kitchen, air conditioning in the suite and fan in the upper room.
Situated in gated community with guardhouse and 24 hour doorman. The outdoor area features 3 pools, barbecue area and 01 parking space. Near the best beach huts in the region (Sweet Life, Pipa, Loro Tent). The entire infrastructure in a 100m radius for those who do not want to use car: restaurants, delicatessen, greengrocer, pharmacy, bus stop, grocery store.
For those who have time and inclination, you can take to visit the beaches of the Green Line (Praia do Forte, Guarajuba etc ..) or take a tour in the city (Itapuã, Farol da Barra, Bonfim Church etc ...)

Imóvel moderno, de muito bom gosto, cozinha bem equipada, banheiros bem organizados com chuveiros ótimos, varandas agradáveis, condomínio bem localizado com boa infraestrutura. Muito, muito agradável!!!!!!
Tivemos um enorme prazer ao passar belos dias nesse imóvel. Um apartamento duplex muito simpático, confortável e completo. O silêncio imperava e somente quebrado pelo barulho dos passarinhos e do mar. Devo agradecer à proprietária que nos recebeu com muita simpatia e hospitalidade. Até a próxima!!!!

excelente duplex, con comodidad para 4/ 5 personas, muy completo en vajilla y accesorios de cocina, muy buena la limpieza del duplex y del condominio en general.Muy cerca de la playa y de lugares para comer y despensas. Susana siempre dispuesta a ayudar y tratar de hacer mas fácil todo. Para mejorar faltaría Wifi , sobre todo para los extranjeros. RECOMENDABLEEE
