Quaint House Close to Center of Town
The house is very quaint -- like going back to the early 20th Century -- and very cozy. It has a garden in the back that makes the property charming in season.

Location can’t be beat!
We had a lovely time staying at this home in Chatham. The photos are completely accurate and the house had everything we needed. The location was INCREDIBLE. A quick walk to everything Chatham has to offer including restaurants, shops, and lighthouse beach. Upon arriving at the house we noticed that there was damage to the front of the home. We notified the managers and they got back to us ASAP. Our only suggestion would be better pillows. After the first night all 7 of us came to breakfast very tired and with very sore necks so we went out and bought pillows at Marshall’s. I highly recommend bringing your own. Otherwise everything was perfection.

Great location
Great place and fantastic location. Right on Main Street but on a quieter part. Walk to town and lighthouse beach. It was great not to have to use the car much. Fourth bedroom is not in the main house but in a separate building and very nice (almost spa like). Bathroom in main house is dated. The bedrooms in the main house were very good sizes, though their warped doors could not be fully shut. Living room was spacious and kitchen was excellent. The backyard was fantastic. It overlooks a marsh. Quiet and felt secluded though it was right on Main Street! Overall, great place and I would recommend it to friends and family.
