Beautiful Key West style condo, freshly decorated. The condo is on the intracoastal waterway, across the street from the Gulf of Mexico with PRIVATE beach access. The door off the sun room opens to a large, heated pool & patio with plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing. A great place to enjoy a cool beverage after spending a day in the warm Florida sun. From the pool there is a beautiful view of the intra coastal waterway with a fishing dock, walkway & seawall.
The condo is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit. The bedroom has a queen sized bed with french doors opening from the bedroom to a Florida sun room. The sun room has a futon for extra sleeping. Living area features a brand new queen size pull-out sleeper sofa and a new 48 inch screen TV with DVD/VCR. The kitchen has granite counter tops, a new beautiful back splash and is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your own meals. A crock pot was added for those easy to plan dinners so you don't waste one minute of the Florida sunshine! The bathroom has a two person (dual head) tiled shower.
This is a ground floor unit with very easy access to the pool, outdoor grill and parking. You will only need to carry your bags a few steps to the rear door - NO stairs to climb.
There is plenty of fun shopping and amazing restaraunts nearby. A few miles south, and you're at Johns Pass; an outdoor boardwalk shopping center with great shops, food and entertainment. This is a great place to rent jet skies or charter a fishing trip, or just relax and enjoy the view. Going north from the condo you'll come to Clearwater Beach and enjoy sunset celebrations at Pier 66 every night of the week!

Nice mini-vaca at Barefoot Beach Resort
We had a nice, mother/daughter vaca while staying in this unit. It is lovely and in a great location to access the beach (walk across Gulf Blvd.) and local restaurants. Diane quickly responded to our questions and provided several recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Our favorites were the Salt Rock Grill and Island Coffee Shop. We had plenty of sleeping space options due to the Murphy Bed in the sunroom. This enabled us to use the family room couch exclusively as a place to relax. Hope to return someday and explore more of the area.

Why they chose this property

The Barefoot Resort is immaculate with fresh tropical landscaping, clean Key West style accomodations and a large pool. Best of all, its surrounded by the gulf on one side and the intracoastal on the other.

What makes this property unique

The large heated pool is just outside your door. There's plenty of room at the pool with a large patio and many chairs, tables and loungers. The private beach boardwalk leads you right onto the Gulf of Mexico where shell searches and dolphin watching greet you every morning. Great shopping, night life and restaraunts in all directions very near by.
