Attached underground parking and washing facilities on the property. This is a ski in property. This Villa is equipped with kitchen and appliances as well as a fireplace to chase away the winter chills after a day on the ski slopes. Enjoy strolling Park City Main Street with its fantastic shops and restaurants. Free WiFi as well as a flat screen TV and DVD. The bathroom is well appointed in marble and there is one king bed and a double sofa bed… sleeps four.

We are a family with strong roots to Utah with our families having settled in the valley during pioneer times. I purchased this Marriott Timeshare in advance of the 2002 Winter Olympics.

Why they chose this property

This property is unique in that ski lifts are close and day shopping and activities are a walk away. You may not need to move your car from its underground parking.

What makes this property unique

Not only do you have free underground parking for one car but also washing facilities on premises so no need to pack heavy.
