Wonderful stay at this beautiful home!
This home is absolutely amazing! Everything was immaculate, kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need for relaxing meals at home, basement has ping pong, games, fireplace, and nice assortment of movies that we enjoyed. The house was very cozy and we enjoyed ongoing fires in the living room to come home to after daily skiing at either Sunday River, Carter's, or the Bethel Inn. My 83 and 93 year old parents also very much enjoyed every minute of their stay and were able to stay on the main level which was nice given my father's bad knees! Highly recommend this wonderful home for a fun filled family getaway. Also loved how there was only a TV in the basement as we were looking for more conversation time with family/friends, playing games, and enjoying some good books. Thank you so much, Kathy, for sharing your gorgeous home and we are eager to return!

Cozy get away
The property is beautiful and well furnished. Very comfortable. We really enjoyed the wood stove and the open concept enhancing our time together as a family. We liked that the only TV was in the spacious finished basement and the ping pong table, darts and bar were fun. The only thing missing was a hot tub to jump in after a long day of skiing. Will definitely come back to this property.

A local family that enjoys the ski house many weekends in the winter. We ski and Sunday River and enjoy X-country and snow shoeing right out the back door.

Why they chose this property

This is a beautiful house. Coziness of a log cabin feel with the luxury and conveniences of new(ish) construction. Set up high on the multi acre lot it has views of mountains and Sunday River and is nicely nestled in the woods. Bright, open, high ceilings, with new furniture and beds.. We love to come up and ski - downhill and cross-country - snowshoe right out the backyard, split wood, walk, and relax.

What makes this property unique

River access, close to ski hill, private and wooded, top of the line furnishings, linens, etc, fully equipped kitchen, large sunny deck with views, close to many lakes for swimming and trails for hiking.
