This is an oceanfront property - named Pelican Perch because of its sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean from each east-facing deck and nearly every room in the townhouse. This luxury property is perched perfectly within walking distance of Flagler Avenue, the mecca of NSB, making for a 1-block walk to all the shops, restaurants, and bars on the main strip of our lively beach town. From your front door it is only steps across a parking lot to the white sand and waves below. So perfect you will leave the car and walk everywhere!

This quaint community comprises three exclusive units. The Pelican Perch is the premium unit in the complex, in that it is the unit closest to the ocean, therefore providing awesome views from every floor and nearly every room with HUGE WINDOWS overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

This home has 4 fully private bedrooms (1 king bed in master suite / 2 queen beds ,1 bunk with full on bottom and twin on top) and 3 full baths, with an open floor plan that accommodates the entire guest party very comfortably. This property hosts its own private parking for up to 3 vehicles. Beyond this private parking is a $1.6M dollar city park directly on the beach with cabanas, sand-pit volleyball, a playground, and a boardwalk with steps down to the beach. Behind the home is an easement lot with another beach boardwalk lined with native palm trees and dune grass.

The first bedroom is at entry level with a private exterior back door and its own full bathroom.

Up one level to the main floor is the family room, dining room, and a gourmet kitchen equipped with all stainless appliances, custom wood cabinets, and real granite countertops. These main rooms are open and adjoining so it is perfect for social interaction and entertaining. The dining table can accommodate up to 10 guests, with additional seating at the bar top area. The family room boasts breathtaking views of the beach and the ocean beyond with lots of comfortable seating here in front of the oversized flat screen TV. ***NOTE: In total, there are three smart TVs located throughout Pelican Perch... 1)Living area on the second level. 2)Bedroom 2 (queen) on the second level. 3)Master (king) bedroom on the third level. Netflix is provided; you can stream your own platforms.*** In addition, this open floor living area features a southeast facing balcony where you can enjoy all the soundscapes of the sea, watching the waves in the distance. Grab your binoculars and be on the lookout for everything from surfers sharing waves with dolphins, to pelicans dive-bombing for their dinner. The final feature of level 2 is the second bedroom of Pelican Perch, which hosts one queen bed, smart tv and walk-in closet, with ensuite bath. This bathroom is another full bath that features a walk-in glass shower.

Nested upon the upper level of Pelican Perch is a newly remodeled impressive PRIVATE Master Bedroom, with a spacious, designer seating area and XL flat screen television & walk-in closet. Young family beach vacation
The rental is awesome for a multi-generational, family or multi-family vacation. We had 4 young kids and two couples and had plenty of space. Rental had all the things you needed plus lots of beach items that we wished were listed as amenities so we didn’t have to bring towels and beach toys from home. Access to the beach was awesome. Views from the windows were great! Wish we would have known the beach was a car beach, meaning all day long cars are driving down the beach like a road, which is not ideal for little kids. Also chose the wrong week when all the nearby high schoolers came and overtook the beach and Flagler ave. Needless to say, the rental and location of the rental were great.

Extended Weekend Trip
Our family stayed in this beautiful home during our extended weekend trip to attend a family wedding. The pictures don't do this home justice. The home was extremely well stocked. The hostess, Natasja, was so wonderful to work with and was available before, during, and after our stay to help with any questions we had. This location is on the drive part of the beach and is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We hope to be back soon!

Fall Break
Our daughter is a teacher and able to get away for Fall Break. We all loved being so close to the beach and Flagler Avenue. Everyone agreed it was so nice to park your car and be able to walk to almost everywhere.

This beautiful beachfront property has the most fantastic views from all main living areas of the home. It is oceanfront, spacious, clean, has an open floor plan, and sleeps up to 9 guests, comfortable beds.

This is a "best case scenario" rental property that is both on the ocean and next to Flagler Avenue. You can literally park your car in the driveway and leave it there the entire week, and still not have enough time to visit all the shops and restaurants within easy walking distance before your departure.

And there is nothing better than walking up from a relaxing day on the beach to your very own freshwater showers, snacks, and a cold drink in the fridge, then back outside for more fun in the sun. Moonlit walks on the beach begin within steps of your front door, and there's no need to cart around beach gear, surf boards, and fishing gear because you are so close to the water.

The pictures say it all, and you will not be disappointed. Just be sure to book for your return trip next year right away because once this place gets discovered, the schedule will surely be filled with repeat visitors!

Location, Location, Location. The property is on the corner of the "Best Beach in Central Florida" and the town's main street. Perched perfectly beside the beach with amazing views of the Atlantic, and conveniently close to the heart of the town.

From the front door you can walk towards the left and be at the beach immediately, or go straight less than a block and be at Flagler Avenue for a morning cup of coffee, afternoon shopping, or an evening with dinner and later dancing at the clubs. Or you may go out and towards the right and be at the Intracoastal Indian River about 4 blocks away.

Truly the best possible location to enjoy your time at what National Geographic Magazine calls one of the Top 20 Surf Towns in the world, also ranked Top 10 beach towns by Outdoor Magazine.
