Our Family Owned Condo is Located right on the beach with an ocean front view you will love. No pets and No smoking check in is at 2:00 check out is 11:00 sharp. 3 day minimum .The unit sleeps 6 with (1) Queen size and (1) Full size bed located in the bedroom and a sleeper Sofa located in the living room. Kitchen is fully equip with Dishes / Cookware/ Coffee maker (Keureg&pot) toaster/ electric can opener/stove/microwave/ dish washer and refrigerator. This Condo is located inside Springmaid DoubleTree by Hilton Complex. Right next to the Springmaid beach Pier. 2024 Country music festival is coming soon.

The facility has a private community pool. You will also enjoy amenities the resort has to offer open to the public such as Marlin's restaurant and barnacles bar/restaurant on the pier. Laundromat located across for the condo's . All new carpet linoleum and TV updatesThe Wi-Fi code is located in the notebook under the TV

Great condo for a perfect beach trip
Good location nice clean condo extremely close to beach and the owners of the unit answered the phone immediately when I had a question about the condo. Plan to revisit in the future!

Easy access to the beach , covered parking and quiet area.
Pictures represented the property as listed. We had to do some cleaning when we arrived and left it in much better shape than the previous occupant.

Very Satisfied!!!
My husband and I stayed here in June with our 3 kids. The condo was very clean and exactly as pictured. The covered parking underneath was great as well. The location is great and the beach wasn't so crowded between the 2 piers and between Springmaid and the State Park. We were very satisfied with our stay!
