About this property

Million Dollar View! Clear, Clean Sproat Lake. 2200.00 Canadian/Week

We have a great place on Sproat Lake, Vancouver Island. We book (by the week) Sunday to Sunday. Check in is 4:00 p.m. and check out is 12:00 p.m.

Our place is on Taylor Arm Drive of Sproat Lake (if you have ever been to Tofino, Long Beach you see this arm from the highway). It is a beautiful lake, clear and clean. Spectacular scenery.

I live on the property and am always here. I have 6 grand babies and they do spend lots of time with me during the summer. You share the dock with me and my family.

The suite you will rent is on the top floor. It has two bedrooms each has a queen size bed and a set of single bunks. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave etc. There is internet . The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Bath towels and linens can be supplied but you must wash and dry on your way out. I have a laundry room with 2 washers & dryers available for your use. Bring your own beach towels. There is a propane bbq available (on the ground level) for your use. At the water there is a large dock with sunken stairs, shade structure, chairs for your use (you share the dock with me & my family). There is a firepit ( down at the lake) which can be used if there is not a FIRE BAN. If you bring a boat there is space to dock it (just let me know ahead of time).

The cost is $2200.00 Canadian/week based on a family of 4 with a charge of $25/each additional person/night.
And a cleaning fee of $90.

Very comfortable! Very affordable!

House on Sproat
The house is lovely, even better than we expected. Dock access, swimming and boat availability are all great. Host was very accommodating.

Great vacation
We found the apartment spacious enough for the 7 of us. Lots of place to hang wet towels and swimsuits. The kitchen has everything your heart can desire. The lake wasn't too busy and the water is very swimmable. We had our own SUP, but because we could use the Lyle's SUP's and kayaks, we all could go out on the water together, which was fabulous. My youngest kept on saying this was his best vacation ever.

Sproat Lake Paradise
This property exceeded all expectations! We knew we would enjoy the week but wow! Kim greeted us upon arrival and showed us around our HUGE apartment. Our group included my husband and I, our son, his partner and our granddaughter. I almost forgot our huge dog. All of us felt at home right away. Anything you needed was there and if not, Kim produced it. Beautiful lake, swimming wonderful…..I can’t say enough good things. Thank you Kim and family, we will be back.

Great week at Sproat Lake!
The photos do not do this place justice. It’s a big apartment on the top floor of the house with private entrance. Large kitchen, bathroom and living space with a private deck. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed borrowing the kayaks and paddle boards and many toys on the dock. My kids loved the diving board and water mat. I washed the sheets and towels we used easily with 2 washers and 2 dryers on site. Kim was a kind and helpful host. Hope to be back again next summer.

We were fortunate to have this fabulous vacation spot in our family. Our children grew up on the lake during the summers. Hanging out with cousins and new friends.

What makes this property unique

Because there are no street lights or city lights we get incredible night skies. You see stars like you have never seen them before.

We have always enjoyed the fact that there is no schedule. Stay up late around the campfire and then sleep in in the morning. Wake up and jump in the lake.
