What a stay
This condo is amazing. Right on the beach and you can walk everywhere. The bedrooms are near the back so it’s quiet and you don’t get woken up with any street noise. Lots of space for friends/family. Small kitchen but great for breakfasts or leftovers etc. would stay again in a heartbeat.

This apartment was just perfect for a real Nice experience. Right across the beach and 20 minutes from old Nice and plenty of room for a family of four.

Central location with nice view
Good base for visiting Nice and area. Nice view of beach, water and promenade des Anglais with balcony. Noisy street (but that’s not the fault of property), though bedrooms are towards the back so not an issue for sleeping. Pretty much as advertised so we give it high marks!
