Looking for a beautiful villa with a spectacular view of the ocean? Look no farther!!! This villa has been recently refreshed and offers a separate bedroom with a new queen size bed, full size kitchen, living and dining area are combined. You'll find the convenience of wireless internet. Additional bedding for this villa includes two bunk beds in the hallway which are ideal for small children and a sofa sleeper in the living room. There is a balcony located off the living room which offers a GREAT Oceanside view. This villa, unlike most others at Seaside, has central heat and air instead of a single wall unit. You’ll find Seaside Villa is located on the south end of the island, along South Forest Beach Drive, a short distance from Coligny Plaza. Seaside is an oceanfront property that is situated about 70 yards from the ocean.

Great Views and Location
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic 6!week stay at Seaside Villas.The view from the balcony is breathtaking and very relaxing. The unit is small and needs a little upgrading but we adapted. The couch and stools are not comfortable at all. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and made preparing meals easy. The staff at Vacation Time are very patient and helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental unit location, ocean/beach views were to die for. Howver, the the sleeper soda was dirty/filthy on one side and the mattress is worn to and needs replacing. So does the 2 bunk bed mattresses. I called about the bathtub filling up with water while showering, they said maintenance would come to fix, never did, so we had to shower in sand all weekend. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves after I purchased mattress topper so we could have a peaceful nights sleep. If furniture and bedding is tended to- this will be a location that can’t be resisted and I would rent each month I visit Hilton Head, SC beaches.
