The house has been recently renovated. 1st floor and independent entrances. Well equipped and located in a closed condominium with internal circuit of cameras and concierge 24 hours, access to the beautiful beach of Ipioca, famous for its warm and crystal clear waters and the Hibiscus beach Club, paradise restaurant. You can stay with your family feeling at home, because the place is very quiet and cozy.

It has 05 suites, all with split air conditioning, 05 internal bathrooms and 02 large rooms with smat tv, sofas, one of them air conditioned and integrated with the complete and well equipped kitchen (5-burner stove, microwave, sandwich maker, mixer, refrigerator, microwave , ice-water, blender and all other utensils), laundry area with washing machine, aluminum clothesline. The house also comprises 04 balconies, two with hammocks and one suitable for dining. Goumet area with barbecue and open to the pool and toilet. Wifi internet

In the region have: Market, bakery, pharmacy, grocery with delivery service, restaurants (okara, Fazenda Fiori, Ora Pro Nobis, SantOregano), great beach huts (Hibiscus, Mar and Cia, etc.) bus stop a few meters from the concierge and permanent fair of fresh produce, fishmongers, etc.

Férias perfeitas...
Fomos em um grupo de 05 casais, ou seja 10 pessoas, justamente para curtir o local é ficar à vontade... A casa superou nossas expectativas, pois cada casal teve sua sua privacidade, inclusive a área de lazer é afastada dos quartos, o que permite pessoal curtir e descansar ao mesmo tempo O condomínio e tranquilíssimo, vigilância de câmeras e o guarda passa de uma hora direto na frente. A praia é ótima, tem à barraca Hibiscus que tem um ótimo ambiente (ficamos dois dias no lounge deles), e ficamos um dia na praia direto com as coisas que tem na casa (térmica, cadeiras e guarda sol). Erika e seu esposo foram bem atenciosos... Só podemos agradecer e recomendar o local aos demais interessados. PS: A diarista dela é ótima, fez café, tapioca e ainda lavou nossas roupas... 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Sossego e Tranquilidade - Localização Excelente
A localização da casa é excelente, dentro de um condomínio tranquilo, organizado e silencioso. A caminhada da casa para praia é curta e segura. A praia onde está localizada o condomínio é uma das praias mais bonitas de Alagoas. Com estrutura para quem quiser conforto e quiser gastar ou com tranquilidade para quem quiser se sentir em um local deserto e levar as cadeiras de praia e guarda-sol que a casa oferece. Quanto a casa da Érika, as fotos retratam exatamente como é. O diferencial nessa viagem foi ter tido conosco a querida LEDA, que nos auxiliou todos os dias com a arrumação da casa, preparando nosso café da manhã e cozinhando gostosuras para nossas refeições. Tivemos bons momentos em família.

Boa escolha
O fato de serem 5 suítes com ar condicionado já oferece uma estadia ótima. A área de lazer é pequena, mas muito boa. A cozinha não é tão moderna, mas resolve muito bem. Somente a distância para a praia que não é tão curta. Talvez 10 minutos de caminhada sem pressa. Valeu bem a pena.

A casa foi organizada com muito bom gosto. Tem tudo o que é anunciado. Permite uma estadia com conforto e tranquilidade. Compensa os 700 metros até a praia.
