The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and wall closet, the third features two twins in XL size (an additional 5” as compared to normal twin beds) in which adults will also feel very comfortable.

The kitchen is very well equipped with new countertops of elegant granite and the stainless steel appliances are of high quality.

The garage offers space for one car inside, more parking for up to 2 cars is available on the driveway in front of the home. Also available are some pool toys by the outside pool bench, or beach chairs inside the garage.

Shopping for groceries is an easy task, as you will find several big stores nearby. You don’t want to cook dinner? Many of your favorite cuisine restaurants are only a very short drive away.
