Bring your boat because you'll be in the scenic Potato Creek area of Lake Marion, legendary for its fishing and wildlife. Bald eagles and ospreys soaring overhead is an everyday sight as you enjoy fantastic fishing and water sports on Lake Marion. Relax by the lakeside as you grill your catch of the day and watch the sunset as it fades into starlight while gathered around our fire pit. The Santee National Wildlife Refuge is just 1/2 mile by boat and is also easily accessible via car, by bike or hiking trails. Five golf courses and shopping helps keep your vacation options open. Annual Golf Trip
Our group of 12 golfers have come to Santee every year for the past 25 The property offers adequate space and a gorgeous setting on the lake that we took full advantage of. We lacked nothing and many a meal was prepared and enjoyed in the great room

Pleased with our stay
We loved everything about the house, from the driveway view, throughout the house, the sun room ( could use an a.c, or ceiling fan) but for the time we were there, the weather was great. The view was awesome

Great place to stay. Even though it was December we had warm and wonderful weather that allowed us to sit outside and that was great! Only negative thing I have to say is we couldn’t find an ironing board.

We have enjoyed this area for the last 40 years. You can fish right off the dock or launch your boat from our private ramp and fish one of the many secluded undeveloped coves nearby .

What makes this property unique

The sheltered creeks and coves can be enjoyed regardless of the weather. It's a short run by boat into the main lake with full access to the entire Santee Cooper lake system.
