Valley Vista is a cozy, one-level, single-family home nestled high in the mountainside of Maggie Valley with a hot tub and mountain views. The living room features a soaring, vaulted ceiling, lots of natural light, wood-burning fireplace, and adjoining screened porch. Below, a larger covered deck holds a four-person hot tub, also with aforementioned mountain views. You’ll find it by taking the exterior steps on the right side of the home.

Inside, there’s a split bedroom floorplan with two bedrooms, each equipped with a desk and a smart TV, and two full bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a shower. The kitchen is open to the living and dining areas with an island and all of the essentials you need to cook a meal. There’s also a stackable washer/dryer if you need to do laundry, and there’s a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room, if your crew needs an extra bed.
