Therefore if you book Sun to Thurs (4 mid-week nights) would be $2600 plus fees (or Mon to Thurs (3 nights) would be $1950 plus fees) I can manually adjust if you want to book.

For weddings or events: 25 guests or less there is no charge, 25 to 100 guests there is a $1500 venue charge and insurance required to be purchased by organizer to serve alcohol to guests. Typically this fee is around $150 for a 3 night insurance policy.

COVID POLICY: if anything changes from the time of booking up to your reservation with the states covid policy (meaning anything becomes stricter) then a 12 month credit will be issues to the traveler that they can use for any similar time period as to what they had booked up to 12 month. There will be no charge for this and your rates will stay the same even though the rent is increase every year.
