Great Family Vacation! First Floor on Phoenix on the Bay II 2br/2bath

This unit is located on the FIRST FLOOR easy for loading and unloading. 2BR/2BTH The master bedroom suite has a king size bed and large walk-in closet, whirl-pool tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has queen bed and a full bath. Each bedroom has a TV. The living room has a Flat Screen 50' and sofa sleeper. Adjacent to the living room is the wet bar area with ice machine and dinning area. There is a private balcony, overlooking lazy river.

Parking pass $50.00 per vehicle-purchase on site at the front desk

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Regular check-in is at 3 p.m. and regular check-out is at 10 a.m.


You can play tennis on the roof-top court (racquets and balls provided at the front desk). Swim in the indoor heated pool, hot tubs or work out in the gym.

Property was clean. Very quiet. No foolishness. Fished off the pier a few hours. Great pool and grills. Lots of restaurants nearby. Easy in and out!
