Sunrise Beach Villas - One Bedroom Condo Located On Beachfront Resort

This one bedroom villa with a lovely garden view, has a separate bedroom and full bath located upstairs from the main living area. The first floor with its own 1/2 bath, kitchen, living area and patio are perfect for preparing your own meals and just relaxing. For your convenience, there is also free local calling as well as free unlimited calling to USA, Canada, and the UK.

A waterfall swimming pool surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and palm trees is just steps from the condo. A children's pool is attached for the whole family to enjoy. Just next to the pool is Viola's Restaurant & Bar where you could enjoy a nice tropical drink or even have lunch or dinner. You could also watch your favorite sports team on one of the big screen TV's.

The complex is located on a beautiful white sand beach so you can enjoy the ocean waters or go for a nice walk.

In the evenings, just chill out and have dinner on your private patio or if you prefer, a short ten minute walk will take you to the Marina Village at the Atlantis where you can have dinner at one of the many restaurants there. You may also enjoy the nightly entertainment at Violas, especially the ever popular Karaoke night on Fridays.

Excellent stay ! Close to the beach. There was also a pool that we used a lot ! The host was excellent.

Unfortunate stay but good manager
The place was quite nice, a bit stark inside (could use a few personal touches to warm it up), lovely grounds and staff. However, we had to move 3 times in our short stay due to the cleaning lady not leaving a key or cleaning the room. She blamed the owner and the owner couldn't reach her. After waiting hours, we were moved to another unit. It was lovely. Then we had to pack up and move to the original unit. Spiral staircase was difficult to negotiate lugging bags with my husband's bad hip. Bed wasn't too comfortable but that could be because we were worn out from what was to be a little stress free mini-vacation after my father passed. We moved to a hotel for the last night, forfeiting what we paid.

This property is well situated to Atlantis so if you want to go there for the day or for dinner, it's very easy to do so. The property is right on the beach and has easy beach access. The pools are not heated so be aware of that. The food at the restaurant is ok at best. The unit itself is quite tired and not overly well appointed. Steve, the property owner, is extremely responsive and will do everything he can to help prior to and during your stay.

Great location and affordability
Communication was great, and the one minute walk to the beach was wonderful. Without a car, the small grocery store is just a quick 15 minute walk. The bedroom is upstairs via a spiral staircase, so just make sure you can navigate this. The beach chairs and umbrella that were available were well appreciated. Violas is a very convenient and fun place place to dine.

Our biggest issue was the bed. We specifically asked about that because of health issues and was informed it was a pillow top mattress WRONG!!!! within 3 days I was on pain pills and slept on the couch one night. worst mattress ever slept on. Never go there again. 2nd never informed that there were spiral stairs going upstairs to the bedroom. Given that we are in are in our sixties very difficult carrying suitcases up and down stairs I would assume that some people would not be able to do so. The Televison in the bedroom was so small could not see the writing (minor issue). Tile broken in kitchen and bathroom. Shower had good pressure needs updating. most of the staff were pleasant. Beach is very nice Pool was so cold most people were not in it or only brief moments. the room was not very clean when we got there and could feel sand in the bedroom and kitchen I doubt it was mopped. Key holder is hard to open probably due to sea salt. We kinda felt that what we were told in order to book was exaggerated.
