Relax in our comfortable two bedroom, two bathroom condo on stunning Seven Mile Beach. The condo is located on the ground floor for easy access and there is a walk-in shower in the master bathroom. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen and twin bed. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked and the condo has a washer and dryer. Free WiFi and cable is included and discounted boat charters are available to complete the package. Sunset Cove has the largest freshwater pool on Seven Mile Beach with a swim-up snack and cocktail bar. There is a wading pool for toddlers and a whirlpool hot tub. Charcoal grills are available by the pools. There is great snorkeling right off the beach and the man-made cove protects the beach from erosion. Numerous shops, bars, restaurants and a car rental are within walking distance. Live entertainment and daily happy hour are provided on property. Let us help to make your vacation a memorable one!

Great accommodation, perfect location
Sunset Cove 105 was the perfect spot for our holiday family vacation. The condo has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and entertainment for rainy days. The complex itself was extremely well maintained with a great pool and beach area. We swam, snorkeled and went kayaking almost everyday. The location is ideal with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Our favourites were Peppers, Xq’s & Saltwater Grill. The New Years fireworks down at the beach was amazing! Michele was great to communicate with before and during our stay. Our boat excursion with Leslie and Slim was the highlight of our trip. We swam with the stingrays, learned all about the starfish at Starfish point and saw amazing sea life while snorkelling the reef. Book with the condo owner Leslie of Just Fishin’, you won’t be disappointed. Visiting Grand Cayman and staying at Sunset Cove is a must!

Lovely few days in Grand Cayman
Nice condo and quick response from Michele over very small easily fixable things. Property is nice along with restaurant pool bar. Not a place for a long beach walk but easy 15 minute walk to the longer beach. Small beach swim area but protected and perfect for kids. Very nice stay. Tv has some sound issues but it truly wasn’t needed with the lovely outdoors.

Great place and location.
The property was very well appointed and exactly as advertised. Super clean and comfortable. The proximity to the pool, beach and restaurants was great. The bar by the pool was super convenient and the food there was very good if you need a quick bite. What really impressed us was the cleanliness of the property and the island as a whole, as well as the kindness of all the locals. Would definitely return.

Leslie is a native Caymanian. We met in Grand Cayman in 1981 at the Galleon Beach Hotel and got married in 1982. We moved from Wisconsin to West Bay, Grand Cayman in 1985 where we have lived ever since. Leslie is a boat Captain with years of experience and knows the Cayman waters like the back of his hand. I, Michele, work at a bank (of course!) We love living here and would love to share the joys of this Island with you!

Why they chose this property

We bought at Sunset Cove because it feels more like a resort than a condominium complex. We are proud to be Caymanian and fortunate enough to own a piece of world famous Seven Mile Beach!
