Clean and comfortable fully furnished 1500 sq. ft of lower level 5000 sq ft. waterfront home. Come relax , have fun in the sun, swim, play, roast marshmallows in the fire pit and enjoy beautiful sunsets from the patio. Only 5 minutes to Coeur d' Alene Lake, shopping, dining and night life and 30 minutes to Silverwood Theme Park. 20 minutes to Spokane Valley Mall.

Great Location
Great location on Spokane River. We brought our ski boat. Craig helped us dock it on his private dock. We were able to boat all around the river and Lake Coeur D'Alene. Craig and his wife made us feel welcome calling every morning with suggestions of things to do. Very comfortable apartment in shared house.

Awesome Property
We had a great stay at this property during the 2014 Ironman in Coeur d'Alene. We had a wonderful time with Craig and his family and would highly recommend this property. The water front views were nothing short of awesome, especially in the morning while having a cup of coffee. The owners ensured that we had plenty of water activities for our children (12 & 14) including paddle boards, paddle boat, water trampoline and more. Probably our favorite family experience was roasting marshmallows in the sand fire pit on the waters edge during a beautiful star filled night. Great Stay for families, Awesome Owner- Highly Recommend.
