Completed in June of 2016. This beautiful white cedar sided house is just 2 short blocks to Rehoboth Ave and 2 blocks to the beach. The house has an open floor plan including large kitchen/dining area open to new 22' x 22" living room with large flat screen TV with vaulted ceilings. The first floor will have 3 master bedrooms, including a large 18' x 24' private master suite at the rear of the house which includes wet bar, washer/dryer and private entrance. The kitchen and dining has a large dining table and large kitchen island, custom cabinets and granite countertop.

The house has a large open front porch with room for both relaxing and dining, there is also a side yard patio with pergola, Propane grill, and outdoor dining area

The second floor features 3 additional master bedroom suites and washer/dryer.

Everything was perfect
We were in town for a long weekend for a family wedding. This house was the perfect setting for us to stay in. We had our graduate-school-age children and their significant others stay here with us, plus my sister and her husband, and there was much more than enough room for these four couples. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, making this an excellent set up for privacy and comfort. The common areas were large and very comfortable. The house is beautiful, and as I said, very comfortable. The location is perfect. It’s about two blocks to the beach, and one short block to the downtown shopping and dining area. We had a few questions for the host, and he always responded to us within minutes. We could not have picked a better place to stay, and if we are in town again, I would definitely look to stay here again.

Girls Weekend!
This house was exactly what we needed! BIG and spacious with so many rooms and bathrooms! Large kitchen with tons of supplies for use! Place was great!!

Great house in perfect location
My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend to ring in the new year. It is perfect for large groups with 6 nicely sized bedrooms all with en-suite baths. The location is perfect—just steps to restaurants and bars and an easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Location!
We came for the Rehoboth marathon and stayed for 3 nights. The location is perfect! Very close proximity to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, etc. The house is exactly as advertised. We cooked one night and it has all the kitchen utensils needed. David, the manager was super responsive. We had a small issue with warm water and he came to check and fix right away. Great stay, highly recommend!
