ONE OF A KIND, AMAZING!! This unit is in Sea Cliffs close to the Park! END UNIT with expansive 180 degree gulf Views, 25 windows, beach views from every room. Many detailed amenities you won't find in typical rentals: Kayaks, 4 bicycles, grill, , beach cart, Jacuzzi tub in mster., 60" flat screen tv ,flat sc. tv,s in all bedrooms, linens, beach towels, a well appointed galley kitchen.

Redesigned floor plan on 1st floor reworked for the best experience, views, fun and cooking!! You are sitting right on the Dunes! Walk out from living room or bed rooms and feel like you are sitting right on the beach!!

There are 2 king bedrooms. The kid's room sleeps four with bunks and a daybed with trundle.

We have a new terrific cleaning crew to make sure we get a detailed cleaning every time! It is like a brand new home!

About David Harrell

We love the Cape and bought this Seacliffs townhome in 1997. We were soon packing up and driving down from Atlanta as often as possible. In 1999, we had the opportunity to rent our Atlanta home and moved to the Cape as full-time residents till 2002 for 5 years, now it is a full time rental, so we can share this wonderful and amazingly special piece of paradise.

Why David Harrell chose Port St. Joe

As we lived in the unit, we dreamed of improvements we could make it more like a house than a town-home. We soon gutted it and one thing led to another. I remember when David drove up with a trailer of 150-year reclaimed heart pine from that became our first floor. He laid every piece with great care. We have a photo album of some of the renovation project in the TV cabinet.. It was truly the proverbial labor of love. It continues to this day as we are always updating and trying to make it even more user-friendly and accomodating.

What makes this townhome unique

This end unit has 25 windows with expansive views from every single room. Because of the privacy and stunning views, it feels more like a house than part of a development.. It's fun to cook and hang out and you have the feeling that the outside is inside.

Ocean Front, Family Friendly Condo

A great spot to have a family vacation! We loved having such close beach access, a great pool and laundry in the condo. The view from the main floor is great because the dunes block most of the beach-goers from sight leaving you a pure view of the water. Upstairs view is nice to keep an eye on older kids or your tent at the beach.

The condo came with plenty of towels, pillows, and kitchen gear, even a few spices. There was laundry detergent, and dish detergent already. The patio furniture, indoor furniture and chairs were all good for a beach property. The beds were super comfy.

This is a pet friendly condo so there were some signs of previous renters but nothing too bad. In the past there were reviews that said the unit was run down but I can see that he is making an effort to revitalize it. Many things were updated and/or fixed and work is on-going - whatever they can squeeze in between guests.

We had a good trip even though the first part was delayed by Alberto! We loved the pool which was clean and large and always had plenty of seating. There were beach toys and kites and chairs for use, the kayaks were great!

Great views, great beach

My family of 6 adults and two young children thoroughly enjoyed our stay here the week before Memorial Day. Cape San Blas beach was beautiful and uncrowded. The views from the condo were good from each level and great from bedrooms on the top two floors. The kitchen was well stocked (and we loved the heart pine floors). We appreciated the beach equipment and enjoyed kayaking in the bay and biking to the park nearby. David helped my husband connect with a good fishing guide, and he was responsive when we had a small maintenance issue. To echo another reviewer, if you are looking for a new, trendy condo near lots of restaurants and boutique shopping, keep looking. This place is nearly 25 minutes from the one Piggly Wiggly in Port St. Joe, and there aren't many places to eat out nearby either. Even cell service is spotty (though WiFi was good). If you want a well stocked, comfortable and slightly older condo with great views and access to a lovely beach, this would be a very good choice.

It was a good week to come. Good weather, super close to the beach and wonderful views from the condo! It was a relaxing vacation from the hustle and bustle of a busy Christmas.

We came for 7 days and ended up staying for 10! I have traveled to many beaches and stayed in many places in Florida, and this place offers the most incredible views and location of all of them! Each floor has beautiful views of Cape San Blas' pristine and wonderful beach! The home is an end unit facing the ocean and has beautiful dunes to one side of it, offering even more privacy. We found the house clean, comfortable and can't wait to come back! The kitchen is fully equipped and there were plenty of towels for the bathrooms. Icing on the cake were the kayaks and bikes, and though we didn't use the bikes, the kayaks were a blast!

This is a piece of heaven waiting for its next lucky renter!

Rustic beauty

My family of five and 2 in-laws loved this place. I call it rustic with beautiful large plank hard-wood floors and wooden beams on main floor. Views from all floors unbeatable. My kids and I lived on the decks watching the pelicans dive and multiple dolphins. AC worked great on all floors. The place clean and no bug problem at all. Owner take call at any time and very nice.

Now if you want hoity toity with high end restaurants then not come here. This is place to enjoy incredible beauty, friendly people all along the cape, with good casual attire eating. The beach is pet friendly and our dog loved it. Kids liked having dog on the beach with them. We definitely plan on coming back. First time to Cape San Blas and love the non commercial non crowded enjoyment. Best stay on 15yrs. Forgot, beach access has no steps, so less hassle carrying things down. Owner has all beach stuff need in my opinion, beach chairs nicer than ones we brought, crab nets, cayaks. One last thought, the shrimp low boil at Scully's amazing, a small one person take out just down the road, kids loved hunt bros pizza's at trading post.

Great location, needs a little TLC

Really enjoyed our first trip to the Cape, with pros and cons worth noting for others considering a trip here.

Firstly the unit had the best view of all the units at Sea Cliffs. The decks directly overlook the ocean, and the side windows look up the coast - absolutely amazing vistas. The place is in need of an update, with decor, appliances and furniture on the tired side. But, as the Cape is so laid back this really didn't affect our overall enjoyment.

This was our first trip to the Forgotten Coast, and although this might be harsh, after much exploration we thought it was mostly forgettable, apart from Cape San Blas. The Cape has its own personality, and St Jo's park at the north end was a treasure. If you are looking for nice restaurants and a Starbucks this in not where you should go, but if you want to hang out on the beach, cook for yourself and do very little for a week this is ideal.

Owner's Response: We are updating all that possibly looks tired to anyone, new grill, refinishing bar stools, refinishing the hart pine floors, painting decks and stairs. New screens on windows, steam cleaned stairs and kids room carpets and much more!
