Would stay again!
The house was clean, kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels. The game room was great for the kids and the owner was very easy to work with. We’d definitely stay again!

Lovely Stay
Very very nice. Warm. Great kitchen. Comfortable beds. Owner was relaxed, totally accessible as needed, and sent nice emails leading up to rental plus had a bottle of wine waiting for us on the table when we arrived. Fenced in yard for dog. Fun game room for our kids. Would love to see in summer as the back porch looked wonderful! Walkable to the little downtown.

Why they chose this property

This historic house is right next door to our 1820 mill building and we were delighted to acquire it and bring it back to it's former glory

What makes this property unique

In addition to the huge screened in outdoor living room / dining room this house is part of the Church St. mineral spring. We've included an outdoor mineral spring soaking pool that is dog friendly for fun after hiking frolics.
