Summer 2024 Ventnor City rental available. Sleeps 10 with 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bath. Open floor plan upstairs. New large deck in the back. Central air. Oversized fenced in back yard. Open to dogs (for an extra fee/max 2 dogs). Great outdoor space in front and back. Outdoor shower. Quiet neighborhood street with parking in driveway and always plenty of parking in the street. 5 blocks to beach. 10 blocks to Margate. Great for families, wonderful neighbors in a safe and quiet area. Must be over 30 to rent.
Will not rent on weekly basis- open to renting by calendar month.

Depending on length of stay $1500 minimum security Deposit required

Mike was great communicating the checkin/checkout process. The place was spacious and clean, in a nice quiet area. I highly recommend.

Great weekend!
Nice house in a quiet location, easy walk to the beach as well as restaurants and convenient stores. Open floor plan was great for our group of 10 so there was room for everyone to be in the same space. Some additional pots and baking sheets would’ve been good to have in the kitchen, but we were able to cook everything we had brought. We enjoyed our long weekend stay and Mike was very attentive, accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. Would rent here again.
