Continually updating our 3 bedroom colonial with 2 full baths, eat-in kitchen, living room, den/home office, sunroom with sliders out to deck for entertaining. Outdoor shower. Hardwood floors throughout the entire house. Huge, private, fenced in yard with brick paver patio and fire pit. A professional grill is provided for the chefs in your family! There is a large cast iron dining table with umbrella for shade and seating for eight provided for your comfort.

There is parking for two cars on the driveway and plenty of street parking. Saturday to Saturday Rental Only.

Easy breezy stay in Point Pleasant

3rd Time Still a Charm!
This was indeed our third time renting the Menist's lovely Pt. Pleasant home and as with the other two times, we had a delightful week and wanted for nothing when it came to our accommodations. The Menist house has everything my 2 daughters, sons-in-law, and 2 grandkids (12 and 6) and I could want. There is lots of room for us to not only sleep but also just hang out when we are not at the beach. The new downstairs bathroom makeover to a walk in shower was a wonderful surprise for us this year. The backyard with different entertainment 'stations' - picnic table area; fire pit w/ surrounding Adirondack chairs; putting green (!) and assorted outdoor (as well as indoor games) makes even the cloudiest or wettest shore days still ones to enjoy. Many thanks to Gail and her husband for welcoming us back again this year! Ingrid Davidsen

My husband and I purchased this home in 2011, and love with the location. Our home is walking distance to the beach and a nice stroll from the buzz of the boardwalk. Our goal was to make the house warm and inviting for everyone who walks through the door. There are hardwood floors throughout with a few area rugs. We update every year on the off season to make each year's renters experience a favorable one. Another top priority was to ensure that everyone gets a good night sleep so we purchased all new mattress sets for your sleeping pleasure.

We know you will enjoy your stay here and look forward to hearing about your visit to the area.

Why they chose this property

Our home is well suited for families and couples. The house is very clean and has all the comforts of home.

My husband and I have been visiting the Jersey Shore all our lives, in fact we met 27 years ago when we both had summer rentals “down the shore”. After we were married we spent several summers vacationing in Point Pleasant Beach and when this house came along, we couldn’t resist. Point Pleasant has a lot to offer, it’s very family oriented, but also provides great nightlife for those nights when the babysitter is available. Point Pleasant has the boardwalk, great restaurants, nightlife, accessibility to New York City and airports, not to mention the friendliness of the locals.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location. You’re close to the boardwalk and beach, but yet tucked away from the traffic and madness when you just want some time to put your feet up and enjoy. There are tons of restaurants which provide take out lunch and dinner menus.

So just pack your linens, bathing suits, beach chairs, and bikes and you will be ready to enjoy your vacation.
