3 Bedroom, 1 Bath Lakefront Cottage on Michigan's largest inland lake! Over 100 feet of private frontage for our guests to enjoy and experience. "The Cub-Inn" sleeps up to 10 guests - Bedrooms 1 & 2 have queen beds, Bedroom 3 has a queen and a double, and there's a new sofa sleeper. We have a nice fire pit outside with wood provided! Our cottage is very close to a number of public boat access points. Contact us with any questions you may have about the property or our pet policy.

Relaxing stay
We enjoyed everything about this cottage! It was very well stocked and comfortable. The neighbors were friendly, but not intrusive. We liked that the boat launch was just a couple of miles away. The fenced yard on the lake side was really helpful with our dog there and she enjoyed resting in the grass and watching all of the activity on the lake. Many thanks to our hosts for making their cottage available.

Beautiful Spot on Houghton Lake
Loved our stay at this clean and cozy home on Houghton Lake. It was well stocked and we enjoyed the games including shuffle board and ladder ball. Hosts are friendly and responsive. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard by the lake to watch the waves and ducks. Great property!

Cozy house with a beautiful view
We loved everything about this house! Everyone including my elderly father and uncle were comfortable and really enjoyed the view of the lake. The house is well stocked so even on the cold, rainy days we had board games, darts, and puzzles to entertain us! We especially loved the vintage feel of the house. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Beachside Beauty
Our thanks to Steve, a very accommodating host. What a darling cottage. When you walk in the door you’ll feel at home! Very welcoming. Entirely stocked with just about everything. That kitchen had it all. WOW! Nice neighbors. C L E A N! You couldn’t buy the view. Close to everything at HL & Prudenville. Did I mention C L E A N! We hope to return to this little gem.

This cottage has a beautiful view of the lake and sunsets. It’s close to town and many recreation options. Host was friendly and gracious.
