This House is one of my personal favorites! It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, just enough space for a small family or important business trip. It is close to all the main roads which provide easy access to the highway. There is a beautiful park in the neighborhood and its centrally located. Very close to Summerlin and The Strip!
One of the best parts about this place is the homey feel. The inside is warm and cozy but you still have your own space and enough room for everyone!
You can help yourself to everything on the premises of the property! There is coffee, TV, internet, and anything you need for your vacation. You also have your own fire pit and jacuzzi in the backyard!
Lastly, I love hosting guests but I won't bother you during your stay. Unless of course you need something, I am always available!
A major rule for me is No Parties. This home is for family vacations and business retreats. Please be respectful of the home and the neighbors.
Other than that, have a wonderful stay!
This is our third stay at this home. The furniture is comfortable and some has been recently replaced. It’s an easy location to get around from. The neighborhood seems to have cleaned up and quieter down since our last stay which was a pleasant discovery. I would absolutely stay here again. Nothing fancy but everything you need.
It was fun although it was a roach in the master bed room but we also going to need a late check out
Overall, the house is adequate for a short stay. I was there for NYE. I am a General Contractor so I am a little anal about houses. This house needs some updates (shower doors that open and close properly, sliding patio door that opens and closes easily). The rest of the house is in good shape. When staying more than one night I like things to be clean. There were no cleaning supplies so I went and bought a few to make sure counter tops and tables were clean. Finally, if you travel with pets (as I do) you might consider looking elsewhere. The owner accepts pets, however, while I was at a nice dinner on Friday night I got a call from the manager stating that neighbors were complaining about my dog barking (14 year old Cocker Spaniel). I rush through dinner and get back to no barking. The next morning all I hear are dogs barking in the surrounding houses and no one seems to worry about that. This is not an elite neighborhood and many animals around. Dogs barking in the early evening are going to happen.
The neighborhood is not what I am accustomed to, but it is manageable.
4 1/2 stars. Highly recommend.
First, the few negatives: There is a large platform in the entryway. Step down to the living room, step back up, down to the dining room and kitchen, step back up, down to the bathroom and bedrooms. Stayed a week and tripped a dozen times, it should be removed, even if the front door has to be rehung. There are also some maintainance issues. Not all locks set to the same key. Some cracked tiles, chips in the sinks, a gouge in the floor. Unmarked if outlets near water faucets are GFCI.
That said... This is a nice little place. Looks great in our Christmas photos. Clean. Comfortable mattresses, quite bedrooms. Water is hot and comes quickly. ATTACHED GARAGE. Full kitchen with pots and dishes. Fireplace, small private yard, firepit, grill and hot tub. Easy access from freeway. Good areas for walking with one park 2 blocks away, and another 3 blocks the other way. Huge "Barkin' Basin" dog park nearby. Six grocery stores are also close.
I've paid twice this rate on a suite in Phoenix that was half the size, and not as relaxing. Would stay again, anytime. Thank you.
The place was very clean & stocked with plenty of linens & cookware. Couch & beds were comfortable. The hot tub and fire pit were very nice and relaxing. Roye was very responsive to all my emails & questions. We would stay again!
Owner was very responsive. Only problem we had was tree branches overhanging the roof creating quite a racket at night when the winds whipped up. Roye had someone out the next day to trim the trees and we had much more peaceful nights the rest of our stay.
