Tranquilidade e conforto
Exatamente como nas fotos. Local silencioso com Varanda muito gostosa com vista para uma mata verde, laguinho no jardim e muitos pássaros. Apesar de estarmos no litoral, a casa é sequinha sem cheiro de mofo. Chuveiro maravilhoso com muita água. Fácil comunicação com o proprietário e com o caseiro que mora na frente da casa. Voltaremos com certeza.

Excelente casa em Juquehy
Passei o ano novo em Juquehy e ficamos 7 diárias nesta casa. A casa é bastante bonita, confortável, arejada, tinha tudo que precisávamos. Além disso, o proprietário e a zeladora estiveram sempre disponíveis pra qualquer dúvida que tivemos. O único ponto negativo é a ausência de banheiro (ao menos um lavabo) no térreo e também o fato dos dois banheiros existentes na casa, além de serem somente no piso superior, serem dentro dos quartos. Também acho importante colocar que o banheiro da suíte master fica no meio do quarto e portanto, quem está no banho está às vistas de quem está no quarto, então é necessário trancar o cômodo todo para tomar banho com privacidade. Nós não tivemos grandes problemas quanto a isso, mas como normalmente o quarto é compartilhado entre várias pessoas em circunstâncias de viagem, acho essa informação relevante e ela não estava em lugar algum.quando alugamos.

Bonito, bem equipado e bem localizado.
A estadia foi ótima. O proprietário sanou todas as dúvidas antes e durante a estadia. O imóvel é limpo, bem decorado e bem equipado com chuveiros, ar condicionado, colchões, TV a cabo, geladeira, freezer e muito mais. Há espaço para até 4 carros. A localização é ótima: rua pavimentada à 900m da praia.

Boa
Casa confortável, bem equipada mas distante da praia. O colchão da cama queen está muito ruim do lado esquerdo e deveria ser trocado. A entrada e saída do carro é difícil é precisa de alguém na rua cuidando o trânsito e o portão.
