Great Family Vacation!
As a family of 4 with children at ages 3 & 7 we were very pleased with the condo. It offered great amenities, great views and plenty for the entire family to do. We loved the access to our beach chairs and the walk from beach to condo was easy to do. We will be staying again in the future!

The condo was just as the listing described. Great peaceful side of the city. The location was very close to pier park. The free beach service was a plus. There was no hassle to check in. If you have children this is the perfect family friendly resort.

Great property and location!
This was the second year we stayed in this particular unit. Can’t beat the location and the amenities. It’s like getting a week long pass to a water park as well as gulf-front convenience. We will stay again!

Nice and Clean
It was nice. However the elevator situation was not convenient at all. To many people to few elevators. By no means do I blame the owner of the condo we rented. The condo was extremely clean and nice. It was very well kept. The only real issues were the elevators. Everyone was complaining. The HOA should make the building management add more elevators.
