It is located in the center of Prea Village, a cozy and quiet place, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, snack bars and restaurants, 900 m from the sea and 12 km from the popular Jericoacoara beach.
The nearest beach (900 m - Praia do Preá) is ideal for Kitesurfing and Windsurfing, with the best sports schools in Brazil and attracting sailors from all over the world to this paradise.
The house has central air conditioning split, ceiling fans in all environments, Wi-Fi internet, 42 "TV, dining table and chairs, wardrobe, double bed in the suite, bunk in the guest room, stove , refrigerator and all the kitchen equipment necessary for the preparation of meals for the whole family, guaranteeing comfort and economy in your stay, in a region that is sustained by tourism, where prices in restaurants can be very "salty".
Comfortably sleeps up to six people.
