About this property

Island Living, refreshing outdoor shower and pool , pet friendly if approved

Our vacation home is 1 1/2 blocks to either the Gulf of Mexico or Tampa Bay. We have remodeled the kitchen and added a beautiful pool with a table in the water to enjoy cocktails while you soak up the sun. Our home has an outdoor shower, kayaks and a charcoal and gas grill. We are located on a large corner lot and we are completely
fenced in so your pet can enjoy our yard as well.
Lanai: We have a screened in porch, near the pool with chairs, and TV. Our cats love to sit in the sun and watch the world go by...
There is also a patio with table, umbrella and chairs.

Living Room: We have a huge wrap around couch that is also quite comfortable for sleeping and a separate fouton in a different living room. There are DVDs, games, cable TV , phone. We also have wireless internet that requires a password from us when you rent.


Linens: We have everything you need to just kick off your shoes and enjoy...plenty of beach towels, comforters, pillows etc.

Our home is strictly Non Smoking!!

Overall we had a great stay at the snow beach house! The pool was a great plus to enjoy and relax on the property! We wish we could have stayed longer than 7nights! We cooked our meals most of the time during our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with the things we needed. And we felt at home in this charming beach house! The short walking distance beach was terrific! We also visited the Fort De Soto beach several times. Less crowded with the fantastic sunsets we photographed. Thank you for sharing your lovely beach house with us!

Family Time
This is our second stay we had a great time even though it was choppy and windy still made the best of it. Thank you for a wonderful stay we love how close everything is and loved the pool. Its great having a stock kitchen when cooking..

Perfect as always!
This is our third time staying here and absolutely loved it. This fully equipped house is wonderful and has everything you need. A short walk to Rod and Reel pier or Bean Point. The house and pool were really clean. Friendly neighborhood and close to the City Park, Waterfront or Sandbar restaurant, Two Scoops ice cream, and The Doughnut Experiment.
