Spacious Modern Beach House- Steps to Long Beach and Good Harbor

Just steps to Long Beach, or a 10 minute walk to Good Harbor Beach, enjoy this clean, modern new single family home with views of Long Beach. Take in breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from the upper deck, living room or master bedroom all overlooking views of the beach. In Summer season, there is an outdoor patio and grill, and enclosed outdoor shower. The house also comes equipped with beach chairs, beach cart, and umbrella, and beach toys!
There are 4 floors of living space with master suite and a guest bedroom on 2 nd floor. All bedrooms have private bathrooms. On the top floor there are twin over double bunks which lead out to a spacious upper deck with outdoor seating overlooking Long Beach. There is a downstairs family/ entertainment room that serves as a 4th bedroom with a tv, bathroom, and an additional kitchen.

Wedding trip
Location was great, kids enjoyed the beach. 3rd floor deck is amazing. Front and back door locks were unique and thankfully the owner provided instructions before we arrived. Lots of stairs, so if you have mobility issues this house might not be for you, but otherwise it is an awesome choice if you are looking for something in this area.

The house was perfect for hosting our family during our daughter’s wedding in the area. The house is beautiful,spotlessly clean, comfortable & the location is great. The host made everything simple & we look forward to staying again.

Great place for a Girls Trip to Salem
This house was so welcoming and everyone in our group loved it. It was so clean and well stocked with supplies. Great location to the beach , views from the balcony was amazing and it was a short drive to Salem. Plenty of room to hangout with friends.
