As a consistant 5 STAR host, we are taking every precaution for our guests to ensure their health and safety. The home is privately managed by the owners, Mia and Kevin. Every cleaning between guests is supervised & inspected prior to check-in. Disinfecting cleaners and antibacterial soaps will be provided for every reservation. During these unprecedented times, we will do everything within our control to ensure your vacation time is as worry and stress free as possible.

Minimum age requirement: Average Age of ALL adult groups (Limited to 12 adults) must be at least 25 years of age. (We do NOT rent to Highschool Sr. groups, NO EXCEPTIONS)

Please NOTE: The home is located in a neighborhood of primarily full-time residents. The person accepting responsibility is ultimately responsible for the behavior and noise levels of the guests. If neighboring homes file a complaint with the authorities, the homeowner reserves the right to end this agreement and remove all guests with no refunds or notice of warnings.

AREA ATTRACTIONS and POINTS OF INTEREST:
West Ocean City is Conveniently located just West of Downtown Ocean City, West Ocean City offers; outlet shopping, movie theater, grocery stores, Walmart, fresh seafood & produce stands. There are plenty of popular restaurant chains (which you will not find in Ocean City township) such as Outback Steak House, Carrabbas, Ruth's Chris Steak House, Chic Filet, Chipotle, Sakura, Dairy Queen, Ledo's Pizza and More!. Another popular location for dining is the commercial harbor area of West Ocean City located where Golf Course road intersects with Sunset Avenue. You will find several popular, locally owned restaurants; Crab Alley, Sunset Grille, The Shark, Harbor Side and Sello's Italian Kitchen., (ALL 5 miles from the featured vacation home). For the adult vacationer you'll find plenty of outdoor night spots just to 'hang out' & relax on the waterfront. You can try your luck at the Casino at Ocean Downs. Or schedule a day's adventure on Ocean City's best fishing charters. Within 10 minutes of the home you'll find several golf courses; Glen Riddle, Eagles landing, Rum Pointe, Ocean City Golf Club's 2 courses; Seaside & Newport Bay. For the kids; go-Karts, paintball, movie theater, Frontier Town Western theme amusement park, water park, putt-putt golf, arcade & ice cream shops. Another best kept secret of West Ocean City is the public beach you'll find at the east end of Old Bridge Road. Overlooking Ocean City, it is a great place to fish, watch a sunrise or sunset, relax with a picnic dinner AND it offers a great front row seat to Ocean City's Fireworks. 1.5 Miles from the house, is Assateague Island (south of West Ocean City), a unique alternative to Ocean City's Beaches. On Assateague you'll find white sandy beaches on the Atlantic Ocean, with life guards and public restrooms. Famous for its' wild ponies and natural sanctuary, Assateague also offers watersports such as surfing, kayaking and wind surfing, bay fishing and crabbing and surf fishing. You will even find a bike path you can stroll to take in its' 'breath taking' beauty.

Bring your bikes, Make it a point to stop by the interactive visitor center at Assaateague State & National Parks (1 mile from the house). Along with a 3+ mile bike trail on Assateague, you'll also find nature trails with beautiful wild life & world famous wild ponies, beautiful beaches with public bathrooms & shower house, fishing pier and watersports such as kyaking & wind surfing. At night, Assateague is the perfect spot to enjoy a bonfire on the beach.

Bring your BOAT or JET SKIS, kayaks, the home is located a mile from a public boat ramp & the home has plenty of parking space for either OR both!
