Updated Jupiter Bay one bedroom, one bathroom unit with screened patio overlooking a running trail and Carlin park. Beautiful beach is only a 400 yard walk away. Unit is updated and sports all new leather furniture, tile flooring, luxury vinyl in the bedroom and granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths. Flat screen smart TV's are available in both the family and bedroom area's.

The resort community has two pools, a hot tub and tennis courts. In the evening enjoy a walk on the beach or around the beautiful lake and waterfall area on the West side of the resort. Adjoining Carlin park has covered cabanas with picnic tables and outdoor grills. Well maintained bocce courts are also available on site along with lit tennis courts and an amphitheater at adjoining Carlin Park

Shopping, great restaurants, movie theaters, a fitness center and live theater are minutes away! For more intense shoppers, the Gardens mall and "Downtown" are fifteen minutes away.

Twenty five minutes away you will find the West Palm Beach Airport and City Place, a very popular shopping, restaurant and night life area. You will also be in close proximity to the Palm Beach Zoo, Lion Country Safari, Rapids Water Park as well as the Mounts Botanical Garden and Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens.

Charter fishing boats are available at the Jupiter inlet as well as cruising boats for those who prefer a lazy cruise up the intra coastal admiring all the beautiful homes and boats and the famous Jupiter lighthouse.

If you fancy a day trip Orlando is just over two hours away and Miami is only 90 miles south.

The Roger Dean Stadium is the spring training home of the St. Louis Cardinals and the Florida Marlins. For the golfers we have too many courses to mention including the PGA.

We spent a wonderful week in Mark`s appartment. Very well equiped, the only thing that we could never turn on were the Tvs. But we did not really worry about that because we had so many things to enjoy there that it didn`t matter

Great place
We have stayed at Jupiter Bay several times. This was by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. We did have a problem with the bedroom tv that was not resolved. We lived in the area for 13 years so we know where where all the shops and restaurants are. We had 17 family with us. Most stayed in at Jupiter Bay too.

Perfect Jupiter Condo!
This condo was perfect for our weeklong stay. 1/2 mile walk to the ocean thru Carlin park. Nicely furnished and well stocked. Everything we needed was available. Very comfortable king bed. We spent a lot of time on the enclosed porch that looks out at the park. Really appreciated the ceiling fans in the BR, LR, and porch! We would definitely return to this condo in the future. Thank you to our host Mark, who was very helpful and easy to communicate with.
