This luxurious, comfortable, and fully equipped condo, has stunning views!

Condo includes: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, service quarters with laundry room, Air Conditioner in each room, ceiling fans in each bedroom, flat-screen TV in the living room, accommodates 6 adults comfortably in beds and dinning table. (But allowed 8 people if you don't mind sharing beds or bringing air matress). Top-quality materials and finishing. The cleaning lady included every other day!

Complex Includes 24/7 security gate and personnel, Two communal pools, kids pools, reception area, elevators, shaded pergola at the beach, pool bar (which also services the Beach area), free wi-fi internet.

No car needed, as the Condo complex is located close to all amenities. Within a 5 minute walk, you will find grocery stores, bakery, pharmacy, spas, bars, restaurants, shopping, and ATM machines. Punta Cana airport is only a 20-minute drive and transportation to and from the airport can be arranged!

Important: This is a family condominium - for security reasons no parties are allowed. and guests cannot invite other extra guests into the complex or condo.

Amazing Property
Just finished a one week stay here 4 adults 65plus from Canada This condo was very clean Well stalked with Toweld Our balcony was huge with Amazing view of beach and ocean Our maid came 2x She did an Amazing Job Would highly recommend this property

Great location, great experience
Ilia is a fantastic host: she always replied to my questions or recommendations in the folowing minutes. She is very flexible and will do all she can to accomodate you. The unit is extremely well located and a exactly like the pics provided. Mary, the maid, is very helpful and efficient, even though she speaks only Spanish. She also made us a dinner which was really good and recommend to use that service. Unfortunately, there was seaweeds on the beach at that moment, which is not our host fault since ALL the resorts on that beach had the same problem but it did not prevent us to enjoy the warm sea water and the very nice pool in the complex. I recommend 100% this rental with Ilia, it was a great vacation.

Great location
Nice place to stay at, close to everything you need. Steps to the beach. Beautiful view. Delicious restaurants just outside the complex. Ilia was very good at responding to anything we needed and was also open to suggestions. Safe area and lots of friendly people. We would definitely visit again.

Beachfront paradise
This is truly a gem! On walking into the condo, we were stunned by the gorgeous ocean view and the enormous balcony, which is even better in person. The condo is spacious with 3 large bedrooms and a view from the master. We left the windows and doors open at night to enjoy the sound of the ocean and the beautiful breeze. The unit is tastefully decorated and had many extra touches, including some toys for the kids to play with. Mary was wonderful in taking care of us during our stay and Ilia was very quick to respond and always available for anything we needed. The location is fantastic, right on the beach, 2 large pools in the complex and walking distance to a number of restaurants and amenities. We have been to Bavaro numerous times and this was by far our favourite stay. We didn't want to leave and look forward to returning again!
