This Sea View Suite with great views of the Rethymno bay, beach promenade and the sea offers a luxurious and relaxed style.
Its ground floor features an open plan kitchen coupled with a dining/living room and a spacious bathroom.
In this luxurious suite, you will also find a comfortable double bedroom with a private sea front balcony and an interior staircase leading from the living room up to a second bedroom with access to the roof garden. The single bed on the top bedroom can open up to a double bed and accommodate an extra guest. Die Räume sind tatsächlich so, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, extrem geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Klimaanlagen in allen drei Zimmern machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und die Lage an der Promenade und zur anderen Seite zur Altstadt ist ideal, der Ausblick auf den Hafen, die Palmen und das Meer ist fantastisch.

I was born in Rethymnon but lived most of my life in Athens and NY where i did my studies in Business and Marketing and also worked for the Greek National Tourist Office. In 2006 returned to Rethymno as a business loan manager at the local Alpha bank branch and in 2009 decided to renovate my families residence into three comfortable apartments. I enjoy meeting people from around the world, offering warm hearted hospitality and helping them have great holidays in Crete.

Why they chose this property

This property was bought at 1895 from my great grand parents and was the family home of my mother in her younger years. It is located in the center of the pedestrian promenade, where the old town meets the sandy beach of Rethymno and it is one of the three restored apartments in the family residence with unobstructed sea views in a spacious accommodation of 60m². Traditional Cretan elements such as the arches in the kitchen and the wooden ceilings blend in with the modern comforts of a luxury boutique hotel. It has always been my dream to give life back to this house and make it a unique accommodation for visitors.

What makes this property unique

This family apartment features facilities such as fully equipped kitchen, living room area, dining area and separate bedrooms. Every room is equipped with flat screen satellite TV, air-conditioning and double glass window/balcony doors to ensure a relaxing holiday. You will also find an office desk with a laptop computer, a cordless phone and of course free of charge Wifi.
Near the residence you can visit historic sites of Rethymno (Rimondi fountain, mosques, old churches, venetian houses), wander around the stone paved alleys of the old town and discover romantic cafes and traditional gift shops, dine at the fish taverns of the Venetian Harbor, or walk barefooted on the seaside across our hotel
Whether you choose to spend your time at the beach, go out in Rethymno town or enjoy some local wine at your private balcony you can be sure that your stay at Casa Maistra Residence will always be memorable...
