This City Suite is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1,800 sq. ft. second floor (walk up) unit. Featuring all the modern amenities in a meticulously restored Victorian-era home. Highlighting 11′ ceilings, rich period details, original woodwork, hardwood flooring, gourmet kitchen, dining room, over-sized windows, gas fireplace, and private deck off the kitchen.

You will feel truly at home, with high quality furnishings and all necessary household items to ensure a truly comfortable stay!

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need to prepare a quick snack or an entire meal. You will also find some basic spices, sugar, creamer, coffee & tea in the cupboards. All cleaning supplies, to include a vacuum, mop and bucket are provided, as well as paper products, foil, plastic wrap etc.

The Master bedroom with Queen bed and his and her closets has an en-Suite bathroom with soaking tub and separate tile shower. The second bedroom with Queen bed and ample closet space and en-Suite bathroom with tile shower. All bedding, towels, toilet paper and blow dryer supplied.

Enjoy a stroll to Blackstone Boulevard, Thayer Street, Hope Street, and the art district of Hope Village, all are within walking distance or a quick drive. A short distance to the river, and India Point Park, take a nice bike ride on the bike path from India Point running along the water all the way to historic Bristol. You can easily make your way downtown, to the theatre district and Waterfire (seasonal must see https://waterfire.org/). Also, downtown you will find Zip cars are conveniently located as well as the bus and train station. T.F Green airport is a 15 minute drive away. Enjoy a ferry ride to Historic Newport or Block Island and relax on the beautiful beaches or take a winery tour. Prefer to take the drive to Newport and enjoy the scenic route it is about a 40 minutes. Boston and Cape Cod are about an hour's drive.

Wonderful Condo Rental in a Great Part of Providence, RI

We rented this condo and had never been to Providence. Based on the previous reviews and description of the property, we were so pleased that the condo was exactly as described and in an excellent location. There is wonderful shopping and a fabulous restaurant just a few steps away. We enjoyed our short walk up the street to College Hill which we did daily. The condo is very roomy and we are very comfortable. Great parking (no worries about having to find street parking). We look forward to renting it again over the next few years. Lisa and George were great to work with. Thank you!

Beautiful East Providence Rental

This beautiful condo is even better than advertised. Upgraded kitchen appliances, spacious master bedroom and bath, lovely covered deck for morning coffee and evening dinners. Perfect location in East Providence. Walking distance to coffee shops, bookstore, Whole Foods, boutique shops, and great restaurants. During our two-month stay we had one minor issue with an electrical outlet that was corrected immediately. My only suggestion would be to put a larger bed in the second bedroom to better accommodate an adult couple. The room is plenty large enough. The property is quiet, safe, and a great location for exploring the Northeast. Boston, Newport, and Narragansett are all less than an hour away. There is plenty to do in and near Providence as well. Lincoln Woods, ten minutes by car, is a beautiful 2 1/2 mile walk around a wooded pond, the Blackstone running/walking path is a ten-minute walk from the condo, and Providence has several wonderful restaurants - Nick's on Broadway, Al Forno, Pizzico, Tazza, Chez Pascal, Red Stripe (next door to condo). My wife and I spend two months every summer in different locations. This was our favorite property. I can't imagine anyone staying here and being disappointed.

Terrific Unit in great location

My wife and I stayed here for 10 days in January 2012. It is an absolutely beautiful unit with every amenity. The owner is charming and very helpful. I am recommending this unit to all of my friends and look forward to staying here again in the future.
