Located on the 2nd floor it offers a private balcony to take in the luscious tree canopies and the quiet streetscape below. Sit out with your coffee and paper and take it all in or make the most of the George Foreman Grill BBQ.

This enchanting gem in a highly sought after location which has everything you need for a family holiday or an Executive stay. Self-cater for yourself easily in the large kitchen with serving window and sit down to a meal in the dining room or head out to one of the many local restaurants and well-known bars such as the Auburn Hotel.

Secure off street parking and a parking permit is available upon request. The Ivy is close to public transport, a tram stop can be found within 160m, a 2 minute walk (Tooronga Rd/Riversdale Rd) and Auburn Train station is just a 1 km stroll.

1. Drive to the end of the car park, proceed through the archway and the bay on your right-hand side (outside) with a number 5 on the wall
2. Street parking permit  available inside the apartment

Smoking is permitted in the outside area but is strictly not allowed inside the apartment.

Supplies
We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay.

Key Delivery Service
We employ an external key delivery service to meet you with your keys on your day of arrival. The key handover time is to be booked directly with them at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. This service is included in your booking and covers arrivals between 3:00 pm -6:00 pm. If you are arriving between 6:00pm - 9:00pm, an additional after-hours fee of $40 will apply. Arrivals after 9:00pm will incur an additional $100 after hours fee and subject to confirmation. Please confirm if you require an after hours check in at the time of booking to confirm if we can organise this for you.

Security Deposit and Guest Information
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 3 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following:

Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out.

Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a minimum of 2 adults, over the age of 25, present the whole stay. If this rule is breached, your security deposit will be forfeited and you may be evicted at any stage.

The Ivy on Monroe
We were very impressed with the amenities and comfort of The Ivy on Monroe as well as the location to transport and shopping facilities. The only thing we were disappointed with was the procedure for receiving the keys when we arrived.

Great location
The best thing about the property is the location - close to public transport and a short walk to Camberwell shops. There appeared to be an issue with inadequate ventilation causing black mould around the windows and an unpleasant musty smell, but the property manager has taken this feedback on board.
