Excellent Location
Overall this is a nice condo with good location and excellent front desk concierge. Beyond that I did not have a good experience. We experienced flooding in our bathroom roof from the above unit for 2 days and no clean up was done. The dishwasher was broken. The master bed slats were broke so half the bed was sunken. The wifi range was very weak and didn't work in the bedroom. They did not provide any cleaning supplies, toilet paper, coffee maker, kettle or adequate cooking supplies. And the constant banging from renos being done in another unit are ongoing and they don't do anything about it. Really a shame because this place has tons of potential. The correspondance with the manager took days to reply back. They promised clearing service and I never got it. Sorry to write a bad review.

LOCATION
This place worked very well for my bro and I. Close to the beach and close to 5th. Nice place with everything you need. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean. Roof pool was a bonus. I would rent this place again for sure!

It was okay
Very Low water pressure throughout the apartment. No hot water only warm Showers don’t drain, so you’re showering with your feet in your dirty water. Dishwasher does not work, told us once we arrived. 1 roll of TP in each bathroom for 11 days, you have to buy TP 1 trash bag- you have to buy or provide your own No laundry detergent you have to buy or provide your own Toaster is defective, only heats on one side of the toast Wi-Fi is weak- doesn’t work in one of the bedrooms, if youre planning on working/zoom calls it’s NOT the place to stay. The light outside the front door is out, you can’t see to unlock the door when you come back after the sun has gone down The bed in the smaller bedroom is lopsided. Cannot sleep two people. It drops off on one side In the hallway bathroom they need a window covering, people in the walkway in the floor above you can see you in the shower Also, a really weird thing was, that I’ve NEVER experienced with VRBO is the property management company tried to come take a photo of my credit card and ID. I pushed back and then they never came.

We enjoyed her stay and thought the condo was a great size for 2-4 people, the beds were very comfortable and all the amenities we needed in the apartment is very good. When we arrived, the elevator was not working and did not work for our entire staff. We had lots of bags since were staying for an extended period and that was not very convenient. The other two minor issues that you should be aware of, if there is Wi-Fi in the pool area, you may not have access to it. And the second thing is that at night, they do lock the front door of the building and if the security guard isn’t there you may have a challenge to get back in.
