Pictures Are Decieving
The beautiful pictures — particularly outdoors and patio areas—made us decide on this property. When we arrived on site, both patios were dirty, the BBQ wasn’t clean, the fountain wasn’t working, and the patio furniture was dirty. As a result, we nixed all plans for family and friends to come over for sunset happy hours and dinners.. The carpeted areas were soiled and countertops needed to be wiped down. To be clear, the apartment is in the basement of the owners’ dwelling, which doesn’t appear to have much sound deadening between the floor joists. We heard footsteps, toddler running and dropping/dragging toys across the floor until late into the evening. To say the least, we didn’t have a good experience at all! The location in Parker was very convenient.

Beautiful hideaway!
This is a perfect and beautiful apartment that is convenient to any place you want to go. Matt was a joy to work with and his communication was great. I will definitely see if this little getaway is available the next time I come to Parker. My husband and I loved being in a home like setting instead of a hotel. Kim & Bob

Beautiful quiet property, good parking and beautiful relaxing interior and atmosphere.
This was a wonderful experience in renting away from home. Everything you could need was there and amenities provided above and beyond what was necessary, even a dish of candy of which I ate all the snickers! Very quiet, loved the sounds of birds including an owl greeting me the first night. Step outside and have a beautiful view of the mountains and very close to everything you need and easy access to all the Denver area has to offer. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and the owners were great! They checked to see that we didn't need anything and were very personable. I highly recommend staying here and definitely hope to stay here again in the future when visiting the Denver area and seeing family, hopefully in a different season to enjoy all that is there. Definitely a 5 star place!

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location! Quiet, beautiful views, lots of trees and wildlife to enjoy! Your hosts will give you as much privacy as you want, or you can join us for occasional dinner and drinks on the patio. We'd be happy to help you learn more about Denver, Colorado, tourist attractions, the best restaurants, shopping, and tons of recreational opportunities!

What makes this property unique

The uniqueness of this property is that you feel like you are out in the country, far removed from the hustle, noise and chaos of the big city, and yet we are very close to major highways which can quickly transport you to your work, or playtime in the mountains. Here we live peacefully, no drama, lots of wildlife to include owls, eagles, hawks, hummingbirds, and squirrels, and the distant sounds of coyotes, windchimes, and a waterfall.
