Ski/Ice Fishing Family Vacay
A great space for our large family. The basement was a great space to relax and watch movies. Sleeping accommodations were great with close proximity to base lodge and the lake out back.

Winter family vacation
Great house for a family vacation! Well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of instructions for heating, electronics etc. Rooms were comfortable and the extra game room in the basement was the perfect place to hang out after a day of skiing. Host was very helpful with extra information before an expected snow storm, letting us know what to do if we lost power. We got lots of snow and the power stayed on. The house was in a great location for a week of skiing and just a short drive into town.

Why they chose this property

We both grew up in Maine and have always dreamed of owning our own lake house. We chose Moose Pond because it is a true four season getaway. In the summer, we can swim, fish and boat in its sparkling clean water or use the hiking trails just a short walk out our front door. In the winter, we can walk to ski at Shawnee Peak or x-country ski on the frozen pond. We also love the proximity to the White Mountains region of NH. In a nutshell, we are able to get away from it all here or be just a short drive to anything we want or need all year round.

What makes this property unique

Plenty of room for friends and family to be comfortable together or have alone time. Beautiful landscaping with rock ledges, flagstone paths and an abundance of flowers. Two fire pits: one at the waters edge and one up closer to the house.
