The property has a swimming pool suspended on the rocks, where a stream passes. The facade of the house is totally facing the sea, with a north face, surrounded by mountains, stones and vegetation that integrate the scenery of the paradise that is Ilhabela.
The barbecue area has its own bathroom and has a table with benches and a ceiling fan.
The integration of environments allows full interaction between adults and children as well as with your pet (pets are allowed).
There is comfortable space in the garage for 04 cars and a motorboat or Jet Ski.
All rooms have a bathroom and air conditioning and the lower living room has a toilet, ceiling fan and a wine cellar. In the upper living room there is a panoramic balcony with a minibar.

Wonderful house for families!
The house is huge and there is comfortable accommodations for all. The view is beautiful and the neighborhood is nice and calm. The beaches and waterfalls close by are amazing! The clubhouse of the neighborhood is wonderful with a pretty vire of the sunset. The owner of the property was very helpful and easy to reach. There were few small things that were listed in the description of the house but were missing, such as toaster, frier, toilet paper, and paper tower. The showers were great but it was hard to control the temperature. There was no drinkable water or filter in the house so we had to buy. We wish we knew that before our arrival. I still give a 5 stars to this house since those are minor details that are easy to fix.

Casa excelente, muito bem equipada anfitriã muito acessível e flexível, pessoalmente a casa é ainda melhor do que nas fotos. A localização é um pouco distante da balsa mas fica em um condomínio muito seguro, excelente custo x beneficios, espero voltar em outra oportunidade.

A casa é realmente como as fotos apresentadas no anúncio, ótima localização, perto da área da piscina do condomínio que é cobrado por pessoa a taxa de R$50,00 por pessoa para a utilização, dá para ir andando tranquilamente. Condomínio com ótima segurança.
