This unique condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The high ceilings, exposed brick and loft beams are just a few items that bring the charm into this unit. There is over 950 square feet to relax with your loved ones, try out the fully equipped kitchen, or enjoy the sights of downtown from your balcony. You can even window shop at the Lululemon store from the patio.

We have multiple units in this building so if you have a larger group we can accommodate you.

The famed Beacon Hill park is only a 10 min walk away, as is the Empress Hotel and Parliament Buildings. If you are flying in on a sea plane the Inner Harbour terminal is just a 5 min walk from this condo. Arriving via the Victoria Clipper or the Coho is also easy and no need for a car at this condo. If you have a car feel free to bring it as underground secured parking is included.

Adorable place in a great location

We had an amazing time! Me and 7 gals stayed here for a Hen Do and had the best time. Amazing location, super close to tons of cute shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the main harbor. Such a great find!

Great stay in heart of downtown

This was a great spot. We loved the flat! Kitchen was stocked nicely, beds were super comfortable. We come from a quiet suburban area, so it was nice to get into the city for a stay. We were above the MEC which ended up being perfect because we needed supplies for our race. Only complaint is the noise in the front bedroom, the windows were older and didn’t keep the noise out at night. The street sweepers come starting at about 4am, so it made for early mornings. But it didn’t hinder our enjoyment, just our sleep a bit! Thanks!

Roomy Flat

The flat was very nice. High ceilings and plenty of space to relax. Really excellent location. The only issue we had is that one of the rooms faced a very loud street with bright lights. It was common to wake up from the street noise and people being loud, or from the bright lights that beamed into the room through inadequate blinds. That room needs more soundproof windows and blackout curtains.

This unit could not be more in the middle of things, so that is great if you are looking for that feel, but if you are looking for a quiet getaway this probably is not the best choice for you. Because it is a heritage building and the strict strata bylaws there are limitations on things we are allowed to do. Check with us next time and we will put you in a different out of the way spot that will be quieter. Deidre

Beautiful apartment - very convenient location!

We had a great time in the Flats. There was a very helpful notebook with favorite restaurants & activities. The apartment had every amenity we could need and we were in walking distance of downtown, the harbor & the bus lines for Butchart Gardens. Getting the key was a bit of a scavenger hunt - but we liked the adventure of it! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, nice property

Was exactly as advertised. Modern, tastefully decorated apartment in secure building. Easy walk to most major attractions in the downtown area. There is a bit of outside traffic noise but it dies down by later evening. No other negatives that we noticed. Highly recommended!
