Site located in Ibúna, 85 km from SP, access is asphalt to the entrance, we have horses for riding, fishing lake. We also have: soccer field, cable TV with availability of Paulista and Brazilian championship, barbecue, wood stove, wood stove, football field, swimming pool and garage. The area is 70. 000m2 with plenty of green, there are several birds on site .....

A estadia foi incrível, o atendimento do Miguel e do caseiro foram incríveis também, a casa estava limpinha e bem organizada, todos se sentiram muito a vontade para curtir o fim de semana.

Final de semana no sítio
Passamos um final de semana em família muito feliz e sossegado nesse sitio. Fomos num grupo grande de 30 pessoas e o local nos atendeu em nossas demandas. A limpeza é impecável e o local é muito parecido com o anunciado. Estava frio, mas mesmo assim aproveitamos todas as comodidades da propriedade. O caseiro foi bem solícito, assim como o dono Sr. Miguel. Aproveitamos e descansamos bastante!!!

Um sítio bem localizado
Pontos aprovados: bem localizado e de fácil acesso; resposta rápida do proprietário Miguel; check-in flexível; sítio limpo e bem arrumado; quando o caseiro Alex esteve no local nos atendeu bem; quartos e banheiros suficientes para grupo maior. Pontos reprovados: contrato rígido após locação pelo proprietário com cobrança salgada de madeiras para fogueira, forno a lenha e carvão; não há campo de futebol conforme anunciado (terreno vendido); câmera no local da churrasqueira, o que tira a privacidade dos visitantes; caseiro ausente do local por horas o que dificulta acioná-lo nos casos de necessidade, o que causou desconforto; não há xícaras, copos e pratos (alegação do proprietário é de possíveis quebras). Dicas: panelas maiores e suficientes para os grupos maiores; fogão convencional na área da churrasqueira (cozinha não comporta grupo maior); mesas e cadeiras extras e atualização da descrição na Vrbo.

Lugar maravilhoso e supera as expectativas e as fotos
Lugar é bem localizado, tem mercado a 2.5km. Muito espaço, Miguel e o David foram super atenciosos e receptivos. Unico ponto de melhoria seria colocar uma placa com o nome do sitio na frete, mas tirando isso tudo foi perfeito, tinha camas , quartos e banheiros para todos. Tudo muito confortavel.

Perfeito!
O lugar é lindo, perto da cidade mas com muito espaço, mantendo o clima de sítio. Fui com meus amigos e família, é ideal para grupos grandes, tem bastante infraestrutura. O proprietário Miguel e o caseiro Deyvid foram super atenciosos e cuidam muito bem do imóvel, tem algumas regras mais rígidas mas super justificavel pela qualidade e carinho que mantém pelo sítio. Obrigada pela estadia!
